It’s called breakfast, but we invite you to slow down with something worth savoring. Take our breakfast sandwiches, for instance. They’re grilled with eggs freshly cracked-to-order, a thick slice of Vermont natural white cheddar and freshly baked Ciabatta bread. Or there’s our new Granola Parfait — topped with fresh, ripe strawberries, and Stonyfield Farm organic low-fat vanilla yogurt. And lastly, our delicious Panera coffee, roasted in small batches to bring out the big flavor for you. Take time for the most important meal of the day.
Coffee
We believe that coffee is sacred. And that making it requires the utmost attention —from the bean to the cup. So we roast our coffee beans in small batches — allowing us to make adjustments along the way to bring out the best in every bean. And when we brew it, we keep it at just the right temperature so it’s not too weak or bitter. Enjoy our dark roast, light roast, hazelnut and decaf and you’ll see how seriously we take our coffee.
Granola Parfait
Before you try our Granola Parfait, make sure you thank Olivia. She’s the five-year-old daughter of our head chef, Tom Gumpel, and she inspired him to create a granola that was wholesome and delicious. He scrutinized everything in the granola — even the exact size of the coconut pieces — to achieve the perfect combination of toasted oats, pecans, honey, maple syrup and brown sugar. Then it’s added to Stonyfield Farm organic low-fat vanilla yogurt and ripe strawberries. Try it and you’ll see why Olivia loves our parfait so much.
